To increase the customer’s sales revenue in the interest rate and currency management long-term, new sales processes and structures were to be established with the help of LPA software. One aim of the customer, whose services predominantly targeted small and medium-sized businesses and wealthy private customers, was it to successively expand his derivatives business and to adjust with the increasing challenges of the industry.
The Strategy / Our Approach
Our work began with our potential analysis for the derivatives business of the customer. On the basis of this, we were able to develop measures to tap the full potential. For the implementation, we focused on a combination of consulting and tailored software components for daily operations. The Captano software was completely customized to the needs of the customer: After mapping the organisational structure, together with the customer we created sales documents using the existing corporate identity. The list of features was cooperatively broadened step by step until it reflected all processes in the derivatives business of the customer. Due to cost and efficiency a secure app was developed, which is hosted by LPA.
Captano is used for the asset classes interest rates and currencies. The tool enables the customer to determine pricing in line with the market and to create sales documents at the touch of a button.
Using LPA software-solutions, the employees of the customer were able to do less administrational work and focus more on sales activities and the development of customer relationships. The holistic system landscape guarantees the efficient use of resources, sources of errors could be eliminated through the automation of sales processes. A significant part of the consulting strategy was the application of Captano. Because of its multi-client capabilities and adjustable work flows, the software supports the corporate structure of the customer and all affiliated companies to this date. For example, this allowed for the separation of front and back office. Captano is a central management tool including success reporting, while audit-proof processes guarantee the clear-cut division of all affiliated companies. The software was implemented without interrupting the daily business and with minimal integrational effort thanks to the on-site support of our consultants and our user-workshops.
